What are the dates and times for the EMERGE Intergenerational Women’s Conference (IWC)?

What is the registration cost?

Early Bird Registration: $75 per person
Individual Registration: $100 per person
Teen Registration (Ages 13–18): $25 per person
Group Registration (4 or more): $75 per person

All registration payments are non-refundable.

What is the attire?

Come casual and comfortable! We want you to feel relaxed and ready to fully experience EMERGE.

What if I register but am unable to attend?

Registration payments are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another person by forwarding your registration confirmation email to them.

The person receiving your registration should check in under the name on the original registration.

Can I register in person?

Same-day registration will also be available during the conference.

Who should register for EMERGE?

EMERGE is an intergenerational experience for women and girls ages 13 and up. We encourage mothers, daughters, grandmothers, granddaughters, sisters, girlfriends, and ministry sisters to experience EMERGE together.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation after completing your registration. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

Will I receive an EMERGE swag bag?

EMERGE swag bags are available to registered participants while supplies last. We encourage you to register early to receive the full EMERGE experience, including a swag bag.

Once all swag bags have been claimed, you may still register and attend EMERGE at a reduced registration rate; however, a swag bag will not be included.

Will lunch be provided?

Yes. Lunch will be provided on Saturday afternoon.

Gluten-free and vegan lunch options are available. Please make your meal selection during registration.

Who is catering Saturday's lunch?

Lunch will be provided by Ann’s Catering, a woman-owned business.

Is seating reserved?

No. Seating is available on a first-come, first-seated basis.

Will wheelchair-accessible seating be available?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible seating will be available. Please let one of our ushers or Guest Experience Team members know if you need assistance.
